Addcn Technology, the operator behind Taiwan's number one real estate marketplace, has released figures for its performance over the first 11 months of 2022, as reported by Yahoo.

Highlights include:

  • Cumulative revenue 1.79bn Yuan ($259 m), up 17% year-on-year.
  • Record revenues for real estate marketplace 591.com.tw in November 2022.
  • Record web visits for 591.com.tw in November 2022.
  • High confidence in "stable operation" of Taiwan's real estate market.

Addcn has made steady profits since 2015, while revenues actually grew during the coronavirus pandemic. Revenues for the full year are expected to rise again when Addcn releases its full-year results in early 2023. The latest figures were fuelled by "record highs" for 591 in November along with stable growth in the company's autos division.

591.com.tw is Taiwan's number one real estate portal, as outlined in Online Marketplaces' guide to the top portals in Asia. Apart from 591, Addcn also runs leading employment verticals 518.com.tw and Chickpt.com.tw.
