The phrase 'listing tech' is cropping up more and more these days and it's not just agents that need to make sure they are paying attention. Increasingly it is the real estate portals themselves that need to enhance the content on their sites or at least offer their customers the option to do so.

A lot of the expertise and technology to make listings richer can be tough to do in-house for portal companies, so we've put together a 'straight to the point' look at a few of the companies offering listing tech services that we have covered on Online Marketplaces over the last year or so...

1. Iovox

What do they do?

Iovox offers companies a way to showcase return on investments to their clients by gathering analytics through phone calls. Basically, they have tools to show your clients that a lead came from your portal - among many other interesting products and reporting tools.

Who have they worked with?

Iovox has worked with: Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Immobiliare.it, Logic-Immo, and REA Group

Any case studies I can look at?

The video above details Iovoz's work with Zoopla and shows how call tracking products increased the efficiency and speed with which Zoopla delivers its services.

In July of 2020, we spoke with Alessio Cantoro, the CMO of Immobiliare.it, on why property portals use call tracking and how that increases business flow when it comes to real estate business transactions.
