Bayut.com, one of the prime online property portals in the UAE and Dubai, has recently rolled out a new and improved landing page. The goal of the company was to enhance the functionality and appearance of its site.
The new layout offers improved exposure to its ‘Hot’ properties, featuring a carousel of large format pictures of Dubai properties. Previously the ‘Hot’ properties category was positioned below the property search bar, and the images were very small and difficult to interpret. By making the ‘Hot’ properties more prominent, Bayut has increased and enhanced the featured the properties’ exposure on the site.
The redesign has also allowed for the four search sections to become more visible on the home page as well (Properties, Agents, Developments and Forum). In the previous layout it was not possible to go directly to the desired post in the forum, whereas now users can easily access any thread by entering a related keyword in the green search bar at the top of the page, consequently saving users time when searching for a particular listing, agent or development.
Bayut has also allotted space to the ‘Send Email’ text box, with its featured agents enabling potential buyers to contact them directly via email, thus eliminating potential confusion and/or misdirection of clients’ queries about a particular property they may be interested in.
The company has also posted a short bio of Bayut.com in the top part of the page, so to briefly introduce itself and welcome new visitors to its site.
Last but not the least, Bayut has featured its two most important tools ‘Search Trends’ and ‘UAE Market Prices’ under its mapping option making them more visible than in the past version of the site, and allowing potential property buyers to make better use of these very useful tools.
