Zoopla Property Group has reported record performance figures for the month of October, its first month as a fully integrated platform.
The company has recorded over 28.5 million visits to the group’s websites in October, a figure which surpassed the total combined figure for Zoopla, FindaProperty and Primelocation in the same period last year by 18.6%.
As a result of its newly combined platform, Zoopla Property Group is also reporting record levels of enquiries to its members following its recent integration. In October, the group delivered a staggering 2.1 million leads to its agent and developer members across the UK, up 42.2% on the combined Zoopla and DPG figure from one year ago.
In addition to operating its own websites, Zoopla Property Group also powers the property search on a number of the UK’s biggest websites including The Times, The Telegraph, Independent, Evening Standard, The Daily Mail, Homes & Property, AOL, MSN, Globrix and Homes24, now providing its members with exposure to an unrivalled property audience in the UK.
Alex Chesterman, Founder & CEO of Zoopla Property Group said, “October is not a month that we typically set records in due to seasonality but as a result of the launch of our new platform at the end of September, we delivered more leads in October than in September and more than ever before. And we are delighted to hear that many of our members are now reporting that we are the single biggest source of enquiries to their business, which has always been one of our key goals.”
