The international publishing group has a presence in 48 countries throughout the world, it publishes 21 titles in five languages, and focuses from topics such as Fashion & Design to Home & Garden.
Introduced back in 1994, BoVision was one of the first online real estate portals in Sweden. The portal has been part of Alma Media since 2006, but was sold in August of 2012 to Peter Rydas, who worked as a consultant to BoVision.
“We will take a clearer position on the market, including with brokers; we hope to improve the opportunities for greater visibility and drive traffic directly to the brokers' own websites,” said Peter Rydas regarding the deal.
Plaza Publishing Group provides, among other things, the titles Plaza Interior, Plaza Magazine, Plaza Major Husguiden and Plaza Woman.
“We see great synergies between our interior design magazines and the housing market. It will be fun to work closely with an established residential site such as BoVision,” stated Christopher Ostlund, president and owner of the Plaza.
