Scotland’s biggest property website, s1homes, is celebrating a momentously successful May and start to 2013.
In May, visits to s1homes increased by 49.7% when compared to May 2012. Unique visitor figures also increased, the year on year comparison reflected an increase of 35.4% for the month.
The success experienced by s1homes during the month of May is in line with a trend developing for 2013. When comparing the first five months of the year to the equivalent time period in 2012 it shows that site visits are up by 52.4% and unique visitor figures increased by 44.2%.
It was good news for s1homes clients too. Estate agent enquires during May were up by 40%. It was also a record breaking month for the s1homes mobile site which attracted its highest visitor figure to date.

s1homes launched in 2001 and has grown to become the biggest property site in Scotland with over 30,000 properties for sale and rent, and attracting around 425,000 home seekers per month.
s1 also operates websites in the recruitment (s1jobs), entertainment listings (s1play), automotive (s1cars) and dating (s1date) markets. It’s part of Newsquest Media Group, the UK’s second largest regional publisher.
