Property portal MyPackage.com.au recently launched a new section on its website, ‘Be Inspired,’ which welcomes submissions from clients on news and related items, including new display home openings, land releases as well as reporting on general market updates.
Consumers’ love of imagery has not been overlooked with a comprehensive Photo Gallery area broken into popular categories such as, Kitchen's, Bathrooms, Relaxation, Outdoor living etc., all proving very popular as people consider the all important colour schemes and furniture in their new home.
Adam Keleher, Managing Director at MyPackage.com.au said that, the new section enables clients to connect with consumers in an alternative way, to drive a brand or newsworthy message, and it has been welcomed by clients and not designed to be a hard sell environment.
“Consumers in researching new homes and land can become very confused and there is a lot to learn to ensure one makes good decisions, so this section is all about addressing that gap. By providing potential home buyers with inspiration and education, this arms them with the confidence they need to make a purchase decision, which is obviously critical,” commented Keleher.
‘Be Inspired’ is just one of a number of new instalments planned since the site was revamped in late March of this year.
MyPackage.com.au is a dedicated portal showcasing new property solutions in the new homes and land building space and with many of Australia's leading New Home Builders and Land Estate Developers as clients.
The portal houses approximately 10,000 new property listings spread across various states, featuring House and Land Packages, Land for Sale, New Home Designs and Display Homes. This new category is presented in a blog feel with an evolving ‘How 2’ section designed to educate consumers on the sometimes confusing category of building a new home and buying land, whilst also inspiring new home buyers to buy new.
