Newly launched UK property website, WhoSoldWhere.co.uk, assists consumers in the decision making process, enabling them to find the right agent for their individual needs whilst allowing estate agents to highlight their performance. WhoSoldWhere claims this to be the winning combination for both clients and agents.
Using a postal code, a single road or even a property value, the company says, WhoSoldWhere’s users are empowered to make an informed choice when selecting an agent for their property’s sale.
Company founder Paul Kinsler said, “WhoSoldWhere doesn’t just display properties for sale, as there are plenty of other websites which do this. It gives estate agents the chance to highlight their performance so potential clients can see for themselves exactly who has a strong market share within a given area.”
North London agent and property spokesperson, Jeremy Leaf, added, “This is a consumer-friendly property portal that is distinctly different as it could actually help agents gain more business.”
WhoSoldWhere.co.uk is currently a free service for estate agents; they are able to upload their sold, for sale and rental data without limit.
“The business model will be based on a very competitive annual subscription rate. However, all agents that sign up before the end of the free trial period will receive our founders’ rate – a reduced annual price fixed for two years,” added Kinsler.
