Juwai.com, the the top-ranked international property portal catering to the needs of the world’s Chinese-language population, has announced that, the 2014 Juwai China Agent Summit will be held next month.
The Summit is the first agent-to-agent summit ever held on this scale in China. Western agents from countries like the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Germany will meet agents in China with whom they can form alliances, which can lead to buyer referrals, increased sales and a better understanding of Chinese buyers.
The event will take place in Shanghai, China on 13 March 2014 – just one day before the Shanghai Overseas Property & Investment Immigration Show, which is one of the largest and most important property expos in China for Western agents hoping to reach Chinese buyers.
Andrew Taylor, co-CEO of Juwai.com, said: “There are only 40 spaces at our expo, so unfortunately, we won’t be able to handle everyone who wants to be there.
“This Summit isn’t for everyone. It only makes sense for agents who want to do more business with Chinese buyers.
“The big benefits of this show are the chance to learn how to operate in the Chinese market, and to make alliances with Chinese agents who can send you buyer leads or follow up on Chinese buyer contacts for you.
“We’ve gone through our database of 20,000 Chinese agents and picked out the 100 or so who would be most valuable for western agents to meet."
The event agenda follows:
Session 1: Chinese buyers, the power of an untapped market
Session 2: Meet your new property buyer
Session 3: Bringing your brand and your property to new markets
Session 4: Understanding the property landscape in China
Afternoon Networking Session: Each of the 40 Western agents will have their own table, while the 100 local Chinese agents move through the room, speaking to potential partners.
