Seattle-based Zillow announced via Twitter, that it has just hit a record 70 million users in Jan 2014, a huge increase from 52.1 million visitors in December, 2013, and a 52 percent increase over the same period last year.

Over the last four years, the property portal has experienced monumental growth. Back in January of 2010 Zillow recorded 8.9 million visitors.
Zillow releases its monthly unique user metrics on the investor relations section of Zillow’s website following the close of the NASDAQ Stock Market on the fourth trading day of each month.
Zillow plans to report its fourth quarter and full year 2013 financial results on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 2 p.m. Pacific Time (5 p.m. Eastern Time), following the release of the company's quarterly financial results. Zillow® CEO Spencer Rascoff and CFO Chad Cohen will host the webcast.
