China’s leading online real estate portal, Juwai.com, recently launched an innovative mobile app which offers the same useful information available on its desktop website, making it even easier for Chinese buyers to search for property abroad and on-the-go.
Now potential buyers/investors are able to browse, bookmark, save, inquire about and receive reminders on properties, from the ease of an iPhone.
The new app has a location-based services (LBS) function which enables users to identify available property close to their location, i.e.: if a user is visiting relatives in Melbourne, Australia, and he/she decides to purchase a property close to them, he/she can click “nearby property,” and a list of available properties in the area will pop up.
Once the desired property has been found, Juwai’s app also enables buyers to find an agent in the area, who can assist them in the purchase, and if they prefer, they can access Juwai’s inquiry centre via telephone, website, QQ and/or with WeChat as well.
Juwai’s new mobile app is a very convenient tool for the ever-growing number of Chinese nationals traveling abroad for business and/or pleasure, and it is a perfect pairing to the portal’s travel features, highlighting tourism, shopping and culture around the globe.
Juwai.com Co-CEO Andrew Taylor said: “Chinese consumers tested the Beta version of this app while traveling overseas, before we launched it. Asking them what they wanted, and getting them to test it, is all part of how we continue to serve this strong emerging market force."
From the portal’s launch, Juwai has prided itself in providing its consumers with a market-leading product; empowering and equipping them with valuable information which allows for intelligent and educated investment decisions to be made every day.
Juwai.com is the No. 1 Chinese international property website, with 1.5 million monthly users, and 2.4 million real estate listings from 53 countries.
