GoConnect, a real estate technology company based in North Carolina, announced the general release of its iPhone application designed to bring mobile innovation to typical real estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
With extensive experience in the real estate industry, the founders of GoConnect determined that the average real estate agent's workflow involves tons of sticky notes, paper checklists, spreadsheets, and notepads. The day-to-day shuffling of these lists and documents often interferes with doing the most important part of an agent's job—taking great care of their clients.
The GoConnect mobile application was designed by real estate agents to reduce this interference, improve workflow, and bring the focus back to meeting the client's needs in a fun, simple way. "I have been an agent for 13 years, I was tired of relying on people outside our industry to create solutions for us," said Zach Schabot, co-founder of GoConnect.
GoConnect was able to bring their vision of improving the lives of real estate agents to life with Kadro Solutions, a full service enterprise software development firm, and Look-Listen, a digital and creative services agency. Development of an industry-specific app included continuous feedback from thousands of real estate agents and multiple iterations, ensuring product quality and optimization for the agent on the go.
With intuitive interfaces, GoConnect's functionality is surprisingly powerful. It's elegant design and simple gestures help agents prioritize daily activities and manage contacts. It is easily customizable so agents can set up the app in just 30 minutes with no need for a computer. Everything can be done right from the iPhone.
