Australia's Real Estate Investar has partnered with Investorist to launch Development Search, what the companies call, the most effective and innovative search engine in Australia for off-the-plan investment property.
Exclusively available to property investors directly through Real Estate Investar membership, Development Search provides a unique, new way to research thousands of project listings online and view real time stock availability.
Today, there are over 70 projects with more than 5,000 individual units of stock available in Development Search.
In the future, it is also envisaged that some projects will be offered exclusively to Real Estate Investar members as pre-release (pre-retail market) opportunities, several weeks before they are listed on mainstream property portals.
Features of Development Search include viewing extensive project and location details, construction time frames and fit out details, photos, floor plans, rental, body corp. and depreciation estimates – right down to individual stock level.
Investors can also research and analyse individual stock units, using Real Estate Investar’s unique and independent property data including suburb statistics, median price changes, yields, vacancy and clearance rates, ownership demographic data and median growth statistics.
