Luxury Portfolio International®, a luxury real estate network that markets over 25,000 US$1 million+ listings every year, has signed an agreement to market all of its listings to Chinese buyers via Juwai.com, the No. 1 Chinese international real estate website.
Luxury Portfolio is a network of 200 premium real estate agencies with properties in 47 US states and 30 countries. The network's listings have a total value of more than US$44 billion, with an average price over US$2.6 million. Luxury Portfolio is the luxury face of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
Since 2011 Juwai.com has been the No. 1 website for Chinese who are buying property outside of China. It markets 2.4 million listings in 53 countries to a monthly audience of 1.5 million. 82% of its users are mainland Chinese.
Under the terms of the new agreement between the two companies, Juwai.com will market in Chinese every one of Luxury Portfolio's listings.
Luxury Portfolio members will also have the option to upgrade their corporate and agent branding on Juwai.com, as well as for their listings. Available upgrades include luxury branding, extra agent profiles, additional translation services, email direct marketing and Chinese-language property brochures.
Stephanie Pfeffer, executive vice president of Luxury Portfolio International® said: "You simply cannot market luxury property today without considering the Chinese buyer in your plans. Any agent who says otherwise is failing to do their duty to the seller.
"This agreement is vital for home sellers because it means that when they hire a Luxury Portfolio agent, they can be sure their property will be marketed to the largest, fastest growing group of wealthy buyers in the world - the Chinese."
Juwai.com Co-CEO, Simon Henry said: "Luxury Portfolio sets the standard for excellence in luxury property around the world.
"Wealthy Chinese have a great demand for luxury property overseas, and they allocate US$180 billion to these investments.
"Juwai.com doesn't just translate and advertise listings in Chinese; we help agents get involved in circles and conversations with high-net-worth Chinese who are otherwise hard to connect with."
