The Philippine's MyProperty.ph recently unveiled its revamped website with a fresh new look, improved layout, and easy-to-use features, providing customers with a more convenient way of browsing over 160,000 property listings online.
“We revamped the site for a much better and easier search experience and improved performance as far as finding properties is concerned, all with the visitor in mind,” MyProperty.ph General Manager, Butz De Castro said.
“The new site allows the visitor to quickly find the project, condo or apartment they are looking for in a minimum of three clicks.” added Ed Javier, Group General Manager.
The new layout promises faster and easier access to MyProperty.ph’s constantly growing property database, which now consists of over 160,000 listings of houses, condos, townhomes, apartments and even commercial properties for sale or for rent.
“Our previous site required more inputs from the visitor before a list of possible homes would be displayed,” Javier explained.
In the refreshed site, the homepage shows a simpler filter that allows the user to navigate from properties for sale to rentals and even pre-selling properties. A dropdown box presents them with property options ranging from condos to warehouses, while an adjacent textbox auto-suggests cities where these listings are located.
Scrolling down the homepage shows updated real estate news and information that will help property seekers with their home buying or renting decisions. To make sure that users see the most recently added listings, these items will be displayed on the homepage as well.
As for future plans for MyProperty.ph, Javier assures that improvements will continue to enhance the visitors’ home searching experience.
“Our plan is to keep adding more information and tools to assist our visitors in finding their next home,” he said.
