ListHub, also a premier distributor of US property listings to international publisher websites, is operated by Move, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOVE). The agreement with SEI positions ListHub to potentially add up to 130 new MLSs to ListHub's current network of 465 MLSs, which includes 31 new service agreements with MLSs that have been signed so far in 2014.
SEI's MLS customers will have the option to sign up for the ListHub service for distributing MLS listing data to more than 60 national real estate websites, as well as provide ListHub's online marketing reports to its broker and agent members. In addition, SEI customers who utilize MLS public websites provided by SEI will have the opportunity to seamlessly integrate the traffic metrics from the MLS public site into the ListHub online marketing reports.
"We are thrilled to offer our MLS customers ListHub's comprehensive syndication toolset, and we feel confident knowing that our customers' listing information will be distributed under the most stringent data protections in the industry," said Paula Payne, president of SEI. "ListHub shares our commitment to listing data accuracy, and the protection of brokers' valuable listing content."
SEI currently provides its own listing distribution service to members, and has made the choice to align with ListHub for listing distribution to increase the number of websites available to MLS customers for syndication, and to increase value to customers through ListHub's robust platform. ListHub provides brokers with all of the tools they need to manage the complexities of advertising listings online. SEI will phase out its current listing syndication service over the next year.
The Ithaca Board of Realtors®, a customer of both ListHub and SEI, was the first to add the traffic metrics from their SEI provided consumer-facing website to the ListHub online marketing reports.
"We are excited to have the ability to demonstrate the consumer traffic on our public site to our association members," said Norma Jayne, CEO of the Ithaca Board of Realtors. "It allows us to see what consumers are looking for and where they are looking. It's a wonderful service to our brokers and agents, and gives them an easy way to share that value with their seller clients."
"We are excited about our relationship with SEI," said Luke Glass, General Manager of ListHub. "We are honored to be selected as SEI's preferred provider, and we look forward to working collaboratively with their team to provide service to their network of MLS customers."
