Realtor.com® has unveiled two applications optimized for Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating system, which enable users take advantage of the native Windows’ design and functionality when they search for listings using mobile tablets, smart telephones, and personal computers.
“Realtor.com’s Windows 8 applications make searching for the perfect home fast, fun and accurate,” said Duke Fan, vice president of mobile experiences for Move. “By collaborating with Microsoft, realtor.com® opens the opportunity for its users to directly connect with REALTORS® for guidance about residential and neighborhood characteristics, prices, and negotiating deals.”

They can “swipe” or select to see detailed photographs of properties. Listing details displayed include property tax, sales history, and school information.
