RealSatisfied the online free service which enables real estate agents to listen to their customers and receiving testimonials simple and straight forward, sent a survey back in March to its real estate clients inviting them to provide feedback on RealSatisfied's performance. Due to their feedback, the company was able to build and rollout new services, like visual testimonials among others.
The survey shed light on a number of points among them, the company learned that a staggering 40+% of the respondents did not thank their clients for filling out a customer satisfaction survey. As a followup question, RealSatisfied asked its clients if providing an option to send a gift card as a thank you would be a good idea, to which 55% of respondents thought the idea of a gift card as a 'thank you' for taking a survey was a good one.
On their blog, RealSatisfied stated: "We believe this number may have actually been higher. In looking at the comments, a large percentage of those who did not like this option answered the question on the assumption that the gift was an incentive offered as part of the survey invitation. They answered the question in a way that indicated that they thought we might be attempting to entice a response. This was not the case. We were asking about making it easier and more meaningful to say, 'thank you' after a response was already received. So we took this as a clear indication that we should build a system to make it easier for our clients to say, 'Thank you.'”
Now, with the assistance of its partner, Tango Card, RealSatisfied has secured permission from Starbucks® to offer a new program – Say Thank You With A Coffee.
When a user receives a survey response and/or a testimonial from his/her customers, they will have the option to send their customers a Starbucks® gift card as a means of showing their appreciation, and saying 'thank you' for taking a moment from their busy schedule to provide important feedback.
