Effective the 1st of July, Immonet, one of Germany’s leading real estate portals, will acquire a majority of shareholdings in Immosolve GmbH and with this, the Hamburg-based company aims to strengthen its position in the country's housing industry.
Established in 1996 by Sören Wollesen, Immosolve is a top provider of CRM solutions for the housing industry. The software presents the rental processes and applicant management of around 150 property companies which manage more than 1.4 million residential units. Wollesen will continue to manage the business and will incorporate his extensive industry experience in the development of joint products with Immonet.
Dr. Clemens Trautmann, managing director of Immonet GmbH said, “The housing industry is a very strategically important segment for us which represents a good third of the rented accommodation market in Germany. With the acquisition of the majority of Immosolve, Immonet is positioning itself as a comprehensive digital services provider and a natural partner in the housing industry. Together with Immosolve, we will launch solutions which will help make the property leasing process in urban centres more efficient for both providers as well as potential customers.”
Sören Wollesen, founder and managing director of Immosolve GmbH said, “I am very pleased that, in Immonet, we have found a strong partner with which we will continue our customer growth and expand our product portfolio. With the participation of Immonet we are strengthening our position as one of the leading solutions for leasing and marketing processes in the housing industry and will be able to offer our customers innovative product enhancements taking potential and existing tenant interests into consideration.”
