Property portal WhatHouse? is extending its range of free monthly property newspapers from August 2014 with a new edition dedicated to Scotland.
From early August the Scottish edition of WhatHouse? will be distributed to around 100,000 homes north of the border to the same ABC1 demographic as the four existing editions that are delivered by Royal Mail to 500,000 homes in the Home Counties, East Anglia and West Midlands.
As with the existing editions, there will be a heavy emphasis on original editorial content.
“We’ll be providing a mix of regionally targeted news, articles, interviews and case studies as well as national news and topics of general interest to homeowners and house-hunters,” says editor Keith Osborne. “In the August issue, we’ll have features on self-build homes and golf property as well as a range of interiors features, advice from our Armchair Gardener and some insight from a Scottish estate agent. Property auctions and overseas homes will also be covered.
“We’re looking forward to reaching a brand new audience as well as many of our regular website visitors in Scotland through this traditional and well-loved medium.”
Launching in December 2013 with two editions, the newspaper expanded to four regional editions in England in February. The full-colour monthly publications are delivery through the letterboxes of over half-a-million homes in targeted postcodes dominated by an affluent ABC1 audience of homeowners and property investors.
An interactive digital version of all editions of WhatHouse? is published on the Whathouse.co.uk website at the time of distribution. Check out previous editions at www.whathouse.co.uk/newspapers.
