Mobile devices have been on the rise since the first smartphones made their entrance on the market. Some experts claim that mobile devices are bound to surpass desktop computers as the preferred method of accessing websites, including real estate sites.
It's no surprise then, that senior executives tend to favour smartphones over desktop PCs to access their websites of choice. A survey was conducted by IDG Global Solutions, among more than 23,500 executives and consumers across 43 countries.
The survey concluded that more than 9 out of 10 senior executives own a smartphone, which they use for business. Approximately three-quarters of the polled executives have researched a product or service for their business with their smartphone.
Half of those have bought IT products for business using their smartphone, with 13% making a purchase between $1,000 and $4,999.
