Property buyers in India are looking for the perfect property in an increasingly complex, cluttered, and confusing market. Compounding this is an array of challenges ranging from poor information to not truly understanding their own needs and more importantly, constraints.
Realizing.in's idea originated when its founders Rohit Raghav, Vivek Agarwal and Hitesh Singla were searching for property in the Delhi suburbs of Gurgaon and Noida. Very quickly they realised that it was too hard. Classified portals were almost exclusively dominated by brokers who were putting traps and tossing up smokescreens, while there were others in market that were just pushing the latest new launch project or units available for sale. There was no one out there who could help them research and evaluate all the available options while understanding individual’s needs and constraints.
Realizing.in claims to be a first-of-its-kind Digital + Services property platform focused entirely on user’s needs and aligned solely with the objective of helping users make rewarding property decisions. It also claims to provide an independent and transparent research and advisory platform that will not have broker or builder induced biases or impediments.
At the core of Realizing.in’s offering lie in-depth data and strong ‘usable’ insights generated through analytics focused on user needs. Decision drivers - Lifestyle, Livability, Connectivity, Readiness, and Value for Money indices – are an example of this approach. Realizing.in also allows its users to seamlessly navigate through different parts of website and interact extensively with intuitively designed pages and multiple research tools to arrive at optimal conclusions.
