RentPath, parent company of Apartment Guide and Rent.com, has announced that Apartment Guide’s mobile app was named as one of the best Mobile Apps, and Rent.com was named a top Internet Listing Service in the 10th Annual 2014 MHN Technology Choice Awards. This marks the third consecutive year Apartment Guide has won a technology choice award, and the sixth year Rent.com has garnered one.
Apartment Guide earned the Most Innovative Multi-Housing Technology Choice award for HD Image Pack™ in 2013, the Mobile App award in 2012 and the Internet Listing Service award in 2011. Rent.com took home awards for its innovative system design, reliability, return on investment and customer care in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2013.
Each year for the last 10 years, readers of Multi-Housing News have been asked to vote on the best technologies in 15 categories, including mobile apps. The entries with the most votes win the awards.
