Auction.com has announced the addition of two executives to its single family residential division: Rob Behrend as senior vice president, single family residential and Hauke Schupp as senior vice president of operational excellence. Both Behrend and Schupp will be directly responsible for driving the development of world class operational controls and infrastructure for Auction.com.

Rob Behrend brings to Auction.com significant operational knowledge in all aspects of single family asset dispositions. With nearly 20 years in the mortgage banking sector, Behrend has held numerous senior level positions in which he oversaw liquidation and default operations including the management of the P&L. Prior to joining Auction.com he was senior vice president at Solutionstar, where he focused on REO, short sale and auction liquidations operations. He has also held management positions with Homeward Residential, Red Bell Real Estate, Saxon Mortgage, Goldman Sachs and GMAC ResCap. Behrend holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
Hauke Schupp brings to Auction.com significant operational knowledge with multi-functional experience ranging from consumer and technology product development to business process optimizations, operations and quality management. With 20 years of technology management and engineering expertise across various industries, he has held numerous senior level positions focusing on business process effectiveness and optimization. Prior to joining Auction.com, Schupp served as vice president of the enterprise project management office at Ocwen Financial and held leadership positions with State Street Bank in Boston, Systems Evolution, Inc., Management Engineers and Bose Corporation. He has received formal training and certifications from Dartmouth and Worcester Polytechnic Institute and holds degrees from Harvard University and the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany.
