Italy's market leading property portal, Immobiliare, has launched it latest TV commercial titled "A shared choice". The protagonist family’s needs are changing; little Sofia is going to be born soon, therefore a new house has to be found.
Each family member inserts their desired features in Immobiliare.it’s search engine; Luigi, the little boy – brother to be, wants a room for himself and one for his new sister; the dad wants the new apartment to be near his office in order to have more time to spend with his loved ones, while the mum dreams about a house with a big terrace. Flying on the wings of the house which represents the listings website, the family set out to find their new apartment, which will be inaugurated with Sofia’s birth.
"As in the previous commercial – – we decided to highlight the central role that a house has in our lives, how it should adapt to changing needs and how finding the best solution is now easier due to the possibility of using Immobiliare.it on several devices" commented Carlo Giordano, CEO of Immobiliare.it
The commercial, currently on air on the main Italian TV channels both in the 30’’ and in the 15” format, and soon to be on the web too, does not only show the possibility to search on Immobiliare.it via desktop, tablet and smartphone, but also the most important and innovative functionalities available on the site, such as the customized search on the map.
Niccolò Brioschi’s PicNic has put its creative stamp on the new TV commercial for Immobiliare.it while brothers Luca and Marcello Lucini were the directors and the production house was Big Mama.
