Applied to both websites, the brand re-launch supports the corporation’s evolution in becoming the nation’s leading supplier for online real estate listings.
With its new brand identity, Thailand-Property.com will no longer be referred to as a start-up but as an established business and a major player in Thailand’s property portal industry. Having seen consistent growth in site traffic and client interest, as well as more-than-doubling its staff in 2014, the company has distinctly achieved business sustainability; a feat which Managing Director, Adam Sutcliffe says is a direct result of nurturing client relationships.

Carefully considered by the corporation’s in-house design department, the new logo is a clean and simple image of a house, centred within a perfect circle of a bright Spring Green colour. The uncomplicated shape demonstrates a straightforward focus on real estate while the circular perimeter elicits a sense of community that the company strives to deliver its members. The specific colour of Spring Green was chosen to represent the new life and growth the company has enjoyed and expects to maintain throughout the future.
The logo, which will adorn all corporate communications, is accompanied by the respective website’s domain as well as the corporate tagline, “Moving Thailand Online.” While ambitious in its statement, the tagline reflects Dot Property Co. Ltd’s corporate vision, which is to enable both local and international property seekers to search for, find and secure their next property online.
