As Porch prepares for tremendous growth, they are thrilled to welcome Estately, HomeFinder.com, iHomeFinder.com, Tribus, PlanetRE, Properties Online, Torch X, Virtual Results, New Media MLS, and ListHub to the Porch family of integrated services.
Momentum has been driven by surging adoption of the Porch Home Report. Launched in March 2014, over 6 million Porch Home Reports have been requested to date by prospective homebuyers.
In addition to existing partnerships Windermere Real Estate, and Moxi Works the new partnerships announced today will bring the Porch Home Report to more than 25,000 real estate websites in the United States.
The Porch Home Report is a free, innovative resource for understanding the remodeling and project history of a specific home and its neighborhood. Built using data and insights from the Porch home network of over 3.2 million professionals and over 130 million projects, the Porch Home Report provides a level of insight and information that can be used to inform the home research process.
A Porch Home Report includes home improvement project history, the cost and details of remodels and projects, background information for professionals that have previously worked on the home and neighborhood, and vital neighborhood statistics, such as how long neighbors have lived in their homes and the size, age, and cost of comparable neighborhood homes.
