Leju Holdings has released it Q1 financial results delivering USD 93.4m in revenues (a 19% year on year growth) and an operational loss of USD 7.5m. The revenue growth was completely driven by the growth in e-commerce revenues - ie commission on the sale of property. E-commerce revenues increased 35% year on year to USD 67.1m.

The Company maintains its fiscal year 2015 total revenue guidance of approximately $600 million to $620 million, which would represent an increase of approximately 21% to 25% from $496.0 million in 2014. This forecast reflects the Company's current and preliminary view, which is subject to change.
