Goodstuff have been appointed to handle the media planning and buying business for the Zoopla Property Group (ZPG), the digital media business that owns and operates some of the UK’s leading online property brands including Zoopla and PrimeLocation.
Goodstuff, who were previously solely responsible for booking the TV plan will, with immediate effect, take responsibility for buying ZPG’s property websites media; including posters/OOH, radio, cinema and print.

The ZPG marketing team has seen a number of changes of the last few months as they look to take on the market more aggressively. This includes the appointment of Gareth Helm as CMO, previously with MoneySuperMarket and Creature as the new ATL creative agency.
Recent research conducted by Harris Interactive on behalf of ZPG, revealed that Zoopla leads all UK property portals with the highest level of national consumer brand awareness. The research, conducted between 29 June and 3rd July questioned thousands of consumers across the UK and showed that Zoopla’s national spontaneous brand awareness amongst all adults was at 38% versus 34% for Rightmove and 2% for Onthemarket.
ZPG was founded in 2007 and the Zoopla website was launched in January 2008. Since its inception, the Group has grown rapidly with the majority of UK estate agents and developers across the UK now advertising on the ZPG websites and mobile apps which attract over 45 million monthly visits and generate over 2 million enquiries per month.
