More and more consumers are using mobile devices and demanding seamless cross-device experiences from brands, the rental industry is no exception. RentPath is now has around 75% of its visits to mobile devices and these devices are generating 9.4 million leads (in August).
To better accommodate advertisers, RentPath completed optimizations of its existing advertising offering and web platforms making them easily navigable from a range of devices. From 2011 – 2015, RentPath’s Apartment Guide saw a 66% increase in website traffic resulting in a 49% increase in online leads.
Strategic acquisitions of Rent.com and LiveLovely.com, which both had strong existing mobile presence, only expanded the companies geographic and demographic reach. Leveraging the companies’ existing mobile strategies, RentPath was able to propel itself ahead of the competition.
RentPath has executed one of the largest print-to-digital transitions in the industry over the last three years and will continue to maintain healthy growth in this heightened competitive landscape, continuing their significant increase in earnings.
