Auction.com has launched its Commercial Real Estate Seller Dashboard, a new tool created specifically to provide added intelligence and simplify the user experience for Auction.com customers.
Auction.com’s Seller Dashboard establishes a real time command center for sellers and brokers, providing insight into the performance of their property on the platform, from the moment their listing goes live to closing. The Seller Dashboard provides useful data on the market demand and buyer feedback for an asset to the seller and their broker.
“Auction.com’s new Seller Dashboard gives sellers and brokers something they can’t get anywhere else: real-time access to transactional information and the ability to easily manage the transaction online,” said Gordon Smith, general manager of Auction.com’s commercial real estate division. “We’re leveraging our data to deliver the most simple, intelligent experience possible for all of our customers – buyers, sellers and brokers.”
Before bidding begins, sellers can use the dashboard to monitor all of the Auction.com data metrics including website views, bidder registrations, non-disclosure agreements, and document vault visits. In addition, the dashboard provides the seller and their broker with current bidder feedback concerning value and an indicator predicting the probability of sale.
On auction day, sellers and their brokers are able to see all of the bidding action including detail on the bidders, where they are from, whether or not they are financed and the current status of their proof of funds.
After the auction is complete, sellers can continue to access this information for all their completed auctions, providing a complete selling history on the Auction.com platform.
