Launched last year MetaProp NYC provides funding and mentoring to grow real estate tech startups. it's early investors include Zillow Group and New York City-based brokerage Warburg Realty.
The company, which invests between $25,000 and $250,000 in each startup, is targeting a $5 million total investment into dozens of companies over the next five years.

Health technology executive Monika Wysocki has been brought on board to grow the company’s community and lead its second-ever 22-week, real estate technology program for startups, which begins in August.
MetaProp NYC Co-founder and managing director Aaron Block says Wysocki has helped build one of the few successful New York-based industry communities
“In the process, she has solicited, evaluated, selected and grown some of the most exciting startups,” Block says.
Wysocki is a former portfolio manager for healthcare tech accelerator StartUp Health and was the associate strategist/strategic planner for McCann Health.
Block says from a technology community perspective, real estate is years behind healthcare, financial services, media, education and fashion.
“We’re thrilled that Monika is bringing her years of health-tech experience to help lead the RETech,” Block says.
Wysocki says she looks forward to adding her partner, mentor and startup experience to the MetaProp Accelerator.
“Metaprop has already established itself as the leader in the RETech startup world. This is the perfect time to jump on the RETech growth rocket,” she says.
