The Zoopla Property Group reports traffic to its property platform in February was up 9 per cent compared to the same period last year, with over 50 million visits during the month.
Appraisal leads were up 61 per cent YoY in February.
Independent data from Hitwise confirms that Zoopla's audience remains approximately ten times larger than that of OntheMarket one year after its launch.
Zoopla also saw an impressive 61 per cent jump in appraisal leads in February compared to last year, generating over 30,000 instruction opportunities for its members in the last month alone.
Zoopla head of communications Lawrence Hall says vendors and landlords are increasingly using Zoopla websites and unique tools to identify and select their agent.
