Real Estimate says its tool caters to the time-critical needs of homeowners for selling, refinancing or reassessing property.
Users enter their property's detailed features to receive three estimates from three different real estate agents, for free. Homeowners' details are protected and are not shared with agents or agencies.
In addition, homeowners can elect to connect confidentially with the agents of their choice with a 'no follow ups' option.
Real Estimate Cofounder and CEO Dan Kaplan says the dedicated services the platform offers homeowners will "turn the online real estate marketplace on its head".
"The solution was born to serve the immediate need of homeowners and investors to get an accurate estimate in a short timeframe," Kaplan says.
"The current real estate market climate is emphasizing the need for immediacy and accuracy more than ever before.
"Real Estimate leverages years of experience to support consumers in the process of buying, selling, refinancing, etc in front of bigger institutions."
Founded in 2015, Real Estimate utilizes the collective experience of investors and realtor experts who wanted to help maximize value for homeowners by making their expertise available.
Kaplan says the Real Estimate founders have worked in the US real estate market for over 15 years.
"We've come to understand the need for services to homeowners in order to get time critical, accurate, unbiased information," he says.
"2016 is going to be an interesting year in real estate - elections, employment, changing interest rates, are only of the few variables being watched closely to tilt the market any minute now.
"Now more than ever, it's important for homeowners and investors to keep their hand on the pulse and know the accurate value of their property," Kaplan adds.
"When it comes to property estimates, no software can be as accurate as leveraging the experience and knowledge of local real estate agents. Real Estimate is here to make accessible the realtor mind, experience and wealth of local knowledge— to the public."
