Auction.com’s new iOS app can be downloaded for free on iTunes. Property types offered for sale on the Auction.com platform include single- and multi-family homes, condos, townhouses and land.
In another recent development Tex-X says it will be the hiring a handful of licensed realtors to work with buyers and sellers.
According to media reports these realtors will help consumers who have questions about the company's residential for-sale platform, Ten-X Homes.
But the reports say Ten-X chief marketing officer Rick Sharga stresses they are not being hired to represent buyers or sellers.
