Zillow Group has launched 'team profiles' and a shopping cart experience for advertising in a suite of new new lead management tools and services designed to help Premier Agents and teams scale their business.
Launched in 2015, Zillow's Premier Agent Program combines advertising across Zillow and Trulia, and claims to provide real estate agents with "unmatched consumer reach" along with a single point for profiles and account management.
Key services on offer to Premier Agents signed up to Zillow include a dedicated website and App to present end users with profiles and reviews, making advertising simpler to manage and ROI easier to track.
Zillow Group chief business officer Greg Schwartz says the latest set of tools on offer will reduce the amount of time and energy agents spend simply responding to leads.
"These new enhancements will help agents, brokers and teams handle the pace of leads coming from Zillow and Trulia so they can keep their focus on delivering excellent customer service.
"We know that consumers' expectations around customer service have radically changed in the past several years," Schwartz adds.
"Gone are the days when agents had a day to respond to a potential buyer or seller; now, if they don't hear back from an agent immediately, they'll move onto the next agent."
