Dubai-based property search engine YourAmlak, which claims to be Bahrain's fastest growing real estate portal, officially went live in Jordan earlier this month.
Since its launch in October last year, YourAmlak has undertaken an aggressive strategy of realtor and user acquisition.
The company says in just a few months YourAmlak Bahrain has been able to list over four thousand properties and rack up its user acquisition and overall traffic matrices by about four times.
YourAmlak Bahrain Country Manager Shada Judeh says the company is very confident it can replicate its success in Jordan.
"Already our client and user acquisition numbers (in Jordan) are looking quite promising," Judeh says.
YourAmlak charges its real estate agent clients a flat monthly fee to post property listings on the portal. According to Judeh, Realtors in Jordan will benefit from a month of free listings along with signing a contract.
YourAmlak founder and CEO Omar A (sic) adds the company has been exceptional in getting its client's properties exposure in Bahrain.
"Jordan is a great market and we are looking forward to adding some great value to the Jordanian real estate sector," he says.
"We don't just want to give visibility to our client's listings, we want to also ensure a top notch user experience. We go the extra mile to make sure the properties have great images and descriptions and that they reflect clearly the features of the properties."
Omar A says like the Bahrain website, the YourAmlak Jordan website has been built to be exceptionally user friendly with lots of attention to the quality of the listings coupled with numerous filtering, searching and sorting options.
"The portal was built by Cactimedia - a leading web design and development company in Dubai," he says.
The company is planning to launch in several other centres shortly, including Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi arabia, Oman and Egypt.
