Since the launch of its new management interface MyListGlobally in January, international real estate listings syndication company ListGloablly has gone from strength to strength.
The company is now connected with more than 100 portals in over 50 countries.
Most recently, ListGlobally added a partner in the Ukraine, Mesto as a result of Director of Business Development for EMEA Geoffroy Reiser and Mesto founder and CEO Ivo Perts catching up at the last couple of Property Portal Watch conferences.
Perts says he and Reiser observed an increased interest from Ukrainian investors in properties abroad since 2014.
The partnership sees the launch of an international section on Mesto.ua to be fed by ListGlobally with properties outside the Ukraine along with associated information translated to Russian using the ListGlobally translation engine.
Geoffroy Reiser says partnering with Mesto.ua will reinforce ListGlobally’s network in Eastern Europe, on the back of other recent partnerships with City 24 in the Baltics and Domofond in Russia.
Game Changing Development
Launched at the last Property Portal Watch Conference in New York, MyListGlobally allows users to can easily monitor the publication of their properties worldwide.
The 100 per cent transparent and trackable management interface gives property portals and real estate agencies a large insight into the performance of their listings on ListGlobally’s international network.
“MyListGlobally provides detailed performance statistics for each property, live monitoring of a user’s listings on the international network and direct links to all listings on each portal, among many other features,” Reiser enthuses.
“This means you can control your international publications, see detailed statistics property by property, check the list of your current network and manage your translations.”
Reiser says since the launch of MyListGlobally, a growing number of agents have subscribed to the company’s services looking for great international marketing for their properties and the ability to reach the widest possible audience.
“We are very proud to have built a great interface for our clients,” Reiser says. “These pages will generate more traffic to our clients’ properties making ListGlobally simply the best network of real estate portals.”
Top Countries Pages
With a majority of partners being within the top 3 websites in their respective countries, Reiser says ListGlobally is always improving its international section, to showcase your properties in the best possible way.
“We recently announced the official launch of our top countries pages,” Reiser says. “Foreign buyers can now discover lifestyle pages about featured countries, available from the homepage of our international section.”
Reiser says the goal is to enhance some key markets, improve user experience on ListGlobally’s international sections and generate more traffic to clients’ properties.
“Today we power international sections for over 50 property portals in the world,” he says. “We have created pages for France, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, United States and we are currently working on the next ones.”
Notably Reiser adds the company has recently signed with premium portals such as LuxuryEstate.com, the number1 portal for global luxury properties, Zoopla and PrimeLocation, the number 2 and 3 property portals respectively in the UK, in order to enhance the visibility for our premium clients.
ListGloabally was formed in 2014 when Swiss based EdenHome merged with the Australian based company ListGlobally to create the world’s largest international real estate advertising network.
EdenHome CEO Gerard Paratte is currently the CEO of the merged entity.
ListGlobally is owned by Classified Ad Ventures, the same company that also owns Property Portal Watch. Classified Ad Ventures was founded by Simon Baker and Chris Vulovic in 2009.
At the time of the merger, Gerard Paratte said international property sales are on the increase and the new ListGlobally is the best vehicle to help agents and developers around the world reach an international audience.
“With a single click, advertisers will be able to generate buyer leads from highly attractive markets such as China, Russia and Europe," he said.
ListGlobally is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with offices in the US and Asia/Pacific to provide all customers with access to staff in their local time zones.
