Pakistan-based real estate platform Zameen is set to stage a signature series of realty events the Zameen.com Property Expo, starting with Islamabad.
The nationwide series of expos will later travel to Karachi and Lahore over the course of 2016.
Featuring prominent real estate developers and agents from across the country, the two-day expo is understood to be the first property event of this scale in Pakistan’s federal capital.
The company says the latest event will build on its highly successful Zameen.com Property Expo held in Lahore in November last year, which saw a 45,000 people attend and hundreds of on-the-spot transactions.
“Taking the Zameen.com Property Expo national has been something we’ve been working towards for a while, and we’re excited to see that dream realized with this upcoming event," says Zameen.com Co-CEO Imran Ali Khan.
"We will be taking this event to Karachi shortly afterwards, followed by Lahore,” he confirms.
“With this series of events, I think we can comfortably say that Zameen.com has succeeded in dominating Pakistan’s real estate expo space completely,” Ali Khan adds.
Zameen.com was founded in 2006 by the Ali Khan brothers. Today, it has a team of close to 550 people, offices in 9 major cities and a presence in 30. It has over 9,000 estate agencies on board.
