Entries are now open for Australian real estate platform Domain's new 'Rising Star Awards' which aims to celebrate the outstanding achievements of young real estate agents.
The company is looking to promote the best young real estate agent aged up to 30 in Victoria and New South Wales, on a criteria based on leadership, innovation and outstanding achievements.
A panel of industry judges including Facebook Industry Head for Media, eComm and Education Melinda Petrunoff, Jessica Watson OAM, Young Australian of the Year 2011, and Domain Group Chief Marketing and Editorial Officer Melina Cruickshank, will review nominations.
Twelve finalists per state will then be invited to attend a prestigious awards event held in June, where the State winners and two highly commended finalists will be announced.
The winners will feature on the cover of Domain in The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald newspapers respectively and be included in a double page editorial spread outlining their achievements and contributions to the real estate industry.
“The inaugural Domain Rising Star Award will recognise the best young agents in both Victoria and New South Wales, Australia's biggest property markets.
"We are looking for the breakout talents who are bright, ambitious and can demonstrate they have made a real difference,” Catalano says.
