Australia's free to list property platform Homely.com.au has unveiled a new visual alerts feature it says offers users an easier, faster and better way to set up alerts for new property listings.
The Visual Alerts system ensures users never miss out on new property listings or lose track of previously viewed properties.
Alerts can be created by clicking on the alerts bell icon at the top right of any Homely page or via the 'create alert' button on the listings results page.
Homely Co-CEO and Head of Product Adam Spencer says the alerts will allow users an "unrivaled level of customisation" incorporating a wide range of different filters to chose from such as price range, property type or car spaces for example.
It will mean users only alerted for listings that meet their specific search requirements.
"Unlike other property portals, our Visual Alerts system provides users with their own alerts archive where they can see exactly what's new and what they've already viewed," Spencer explains.
"We've also got a cool new feature called 'All alerts', which summarises all alerts into an all inclusive group saving users time in their search."
The new alerts functionality allows users to manage, edit and view all of their alerts from one central location. Alerts are filtered from newest to oldest, so users aren't overwhelmed with a plethora of 'featured results'.
