Having re-branded, Mozambique property platform Casa Mozambique has launched its latest offering, a mobile specific site to cater for Mozambican consumer needs where mobile growth is on the rise, with many users are mobile-only.
The company says Mozambique is one of the fastest growing countries in Africa with a burgeoning internet penetration rate to match, which is predominately mobile based.
“At the forefront of our mobile product offering is knowing that countries such as Mozambique in the African landscape are focused around mobile first access to internet, and in more cases than not, mobile-only," says Casa Mozambique Founder and CEO Bryan Wester.
"In order to reach the everyday consumer we decided to develop a product that functions in a fast and easy to navigate manner while enhancing user experience.”
The new Casa Mozambique mobile site is designed to enhance consumer experience with the core features of easy-to-use navigation by reducing click-through time and allowing consumers property search access on-the-go.
Agents, developers and accommodation providers are easily accessible with information presented in a consumer-friendly manner without the distractions seen on many desktop-based sites.
Search results have the option of list or photo view depending on user preference, while newly built features for the desktop site such as dual-currency mortgage calculators, home loan applications and neighborhood pricing trends have been seamlessly integrated into the mobile design.
Android and iOS Apps are next on the agenda.
