Square Yards subsidiary Scapesworks' latest offering is a range of services from 3D architectural rendering, virtual reality, e-commerce transaction platforms and web security in one consolidated package.
Working in collaboration with domestic and international developers including Danube and Deyaar the company claims it will be offering a "full stack" of digital marketing services in India for the first time.
Along with developing an online booking platform using its proprietary technology, Scapesworks also intends to get involved in marketing, branding and strategic content communications activities for developers.
Earlier known as Oryden Techlabs, Scapesworks is headed by serial entrepreneurs Keyur Bhalavat and Ravi Patel, who have been dabbling with a wide range of innovative 3-D Architectural rendering, virtual reality and digital walkthrough projects for four years.
Post acquisition by Square Yards, the venture is actively involved into real estate e-commerce, branding, marketing and events along with pioneering new research and development initiatives in virtual reality, gamification and other immersive technologies.
“Amidst intensifying competition, real estate companies need to change the way they approach their project marketing," Keyur says.
"The new era beckons companies to aggressively look to the latest innovations and transformative technologies to stay ahead of competition to deliver better customer engagement.
"After all, one can't just survive, but needs to conquer,” he adds.
Keyur maintains as technology and web are still new entrants in the realm of realty, the coming few years will be a fertile ground for innovation.
"Hence a substantial bandwidth of the Scapesworks business will be involved in R&D pertaining to augmented reality, e-commerce engines, holographic projection, contextual marketing, artificial intelligence and mobile applications," Keyur says.
"These are technologies that can leapfrog user engagement to newer heights with the help of vivid, enriching digital content and intuitive, intelligent algorithms."
