Hockingstuart Director and Senior Auctioneer Stasi Adgemis has been chosen as the inaugural Victorian recipient for the Domain Rising Star Award for his innovative approach to marketing.
Launched by the leading Australian real estate marketplace Domain this year, the new award celebrates and reconises leadership, innovation and outstanding achievements of young real estate agents.
Adgemis uses a unique tailored mix of online, outdoor and print advertisements, social media and provides expert advice through media channels to engage buyers and sellers in his campaigns.
He is also highly active in his local community, being involved in a number of charity auctions including the San Filipo Foundation Charity Auctions, MS Charity Auction and Cure for MND Foundation Gala Ball.
Domain CEO Antony Catalano says Adgemis’ progressive approach to real estate and strong focus on creating genuine relationships with clients makes him a fitting winner of inaugural Domain Rising Star Award.
“Adgemis consistently delivers a superior experience to his clients, embracing technology to enhance customer relationships, and actively builds wide, strong networks, which are so crucial for the future of our industry,” Catalano says
Adgemis is the youngest director in the Hockingstuart Group and a multi-award winner, including being named a finalist in the REIV Novice Auctioneer competition at just 22.
Julia Warren of Buxton Real Estate Newtown and Sam Goddard at Abercromby’s Real Estate Armadale were also recognised as highly commended for their innovation use of technology and approach to customer service.
The winners were announced at an award event in Melbourne with the Rising Star Award winner for New South Wales to be named on Friday.
