Greater China-focused real estate search platform Spacious has partnered with one of China's largest residential agencies Qfang to help accelerate its growth in the highly competitive Hong Kong market.
The partnership will see Spacious users in Hong Kong gain access to thousands of additional high quality listings from Qfang.
"Spacious continues to provide real estate buyers with the largest selection of the best quality inventory available in the market," says Spacious Founder and CEO Asif Ghafoor.
He says Spacious is one of Asia's best-known property search sites and is now firmly established as the market leader in Hong Kong.
The company is also currently expanding into Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Taipei.
"Qfang was an early adopter in terms of recognising the importance to buyers of information about the area surrounding potential properties such as schools, hospitals, transportation and shopping when making their decision," Ghafoor says.
"The Qfang management team was also quick to realise the best way to relay the information and introduce their agents to buyers was through an easy-to -use online platform.
"A site like Spacious enables real estate seekers to discover the listed properties and associated data for themselves and then helps to facilitate the face to face negotiations required to complete the deal."
Ghafoor says its therefore no surprise Qfang identified the fast-growing company as a leading edge partner.
"We share a complementary vision, to make finding ideal properties on-line easy," he says.
Ghafoor adds the award-winning Spacious platform now also presides over the highest ranking real estate app in Hong Kong by an ever increasing margin. He says it features regularly in the top downloads sections.
"To achieve high rankings, in the app store for example, is not easy, a large and active user base and low uninstall rates are prerequisites."
Qfang, which was founded in Shenzhen in 2000, has quickly become the largest residential real estate agency in China by number of agents and branches.
Asif Ghafoor was a speaker at this year's Property Portal Watch Conference at Bangkok.
