The REA Group is building on its new-look realestate.com.au website with a content marketing strategy that now includes a six-episode video series with Sydney DIY specialists, The Three Birds Renovations.
The campaign is an effort to maximise engagement with viewers and prolong visits to the site. As such, the video content will be supported with articles, images and galleries on realestate.com.au, said Libby Minogue, executive general manager – media & marketing.
“Since the launch of our new-look News site, we’re more primed than ever to deliver video content that inspires, entertains and delights,” she said.
“As 20 per cent of our 5.94 million unique audience come to us seeking information and entertainment, we’re absolutely thrilled to have Bonnie, Erin and Lana on board to produce this six part video series for realestate.com.au."
Three Birds founders Erin Cayless, Lana Taylor and Bonnie Hindmarsh, three Sydney women who left corporate life to establish their renovations startup, have renovated four properties in the past two years, each taking around six weeks to complete.
The series, to launch Monday 29 August, follows the trio as they renovate a three-bedroom house in Sydney to show viewers how to find the perfect property and what it takes to turn it into dream home within 40 days.
“The Three Birds are renovation experts and will demystify some of the common questions and concerns people have around renovating, giving them the confidence to take the first step in realising their property makeover dreams,” said Minogue.
Lana Taylor from Three Birds Renovations said the trio was very pleased to be involved in the content project.
“We couldn’t be prouder to be partnering with realestate.com.au,” she said.
“Since our business began, we’ve relied on their website and app to find our next reno project and now, to be sharing our experiences with their huge audience is surreal and quite humbling.
