Emerging commercial real estate technologies and innovations will be the focus at the DisruptCRE to be held in San Francisco in September.
The event will feature an interactive 3D centre, panel discussions on industry trends and a startup-style pitch session.
A Virtual Reality Experience Center powered by exhibiting company, Matterport, will offer attendees a 3D media platform creating immersive experiences to navigate and share space in 3D.
Participants can connect with real estate projects through the use of virtual reality technologies via headsets, Gear VR and Google Cardboard.
There’ll also be a rapid-fire segment called “Meet the Disruptors” where CRE tech companies have 45 seconds to pitch their company to attendees.
There’ll also be several panel sessions on topics from web-based innovations to services being integrated into our commercial buildings, tenant engagement and concierge services, to virtual reality tools and real estate’s secondary market.
“We take the topics that are crucial to the future of this industry, and unpack them in a way that makes it easy to digest,”says Mariel Ebrahimi DisruptCRE CEO and conference day host.
The conference will be held September 15 at Tishman Speyer’s Class A office building, 333 Bush Street, San Francisco.
