Job portal start-up Hired.com has just raised an addition $30M in Series C funding, brining their funding total to $102M.
This is a quite the accomplishment for the San Francisco based company of just 200 staff. Since their launch in 2012 they have been able to succeed in a mature market against larger competitors like Monster and Indeed.
“We consider this latest extension to our own funding a robust endorsement of our vision, given the fact that limited partners tend to be more conservative investors and this additional funding was not something we actively sought,” CEO Mehul Patel told Silicon Valley Business Journal.
The financial resources from this extension will allow us to continue to invest in new technologies, enhance our data science capabilities, and continue to build an outstanding global team that will enable us to keep growing.”
