Employers may sign on to Pledge to Thrive to show they’re taking steps to prioritize well-being in their workplace. They’re also able to promote their commitment to candidates and recruits as part of their employer brand on their company’s Glassdoor profile.
In 2017, Glassdoor and Thrive Global will release a co-branded Thrive Index based on employees’ assessments of how their employer incorporates meaningful “thrive” practices into their workplaces and culture.
