The UK and Ireland based sector of the Adecco Group has just launched the fourth round of their ‘CEO for a month’ initiative. In a bid to help tackle youth unemployment in the UK, one successful candidate with get the opportunity to shadow the group’s CEO, John Marshall for one month.
The global competition, which helps young talent increase their employability and career prospects, attracted more than 54,000 applications in 2016.

“The programme offers young, ambitious talent in the UK and Ireland a unique chance to both learn from, and have their voice heard in, one of the UK and Ireland’s premier global organisations. At the same time, we get to tap into the most exceptional and diverse young talent from the UK and Ireland by learning from them and improving how we work to drive forward the workplace of the future.”
Adecco has recently been ranked fifth in the prestigious ‘Best Small Workplaces in Ireland’ list. This year’s win was the first time Adecco has taken part in the Irish version of Great Place to Work.
